System: When used you telepathically connect with all animals in a one-mile radius. You sense, hear, and feel what animals experience, but have no control over them. The Storyteller notifies you of significant events in range. During use you may use Subsume the Spirit to possess an animal in range. May not use other powers while using this.

Duration: Animal Dominion lasts for 10 minutes per one Rouse check
